OSHA 1910.179 (k)(1)(i) Operational Test
Prior to initial use all new and altered cranes shall be tested to insure compliance with this section.

OSHA 1910.179(k)(2) Rated Load Test
Test loads shall not be more than 125 percent of the rated load unless otherwise recommended by the manufacturer. These test reports shall be placed on file where readily available to appointed personnel.

To keep cranes working safely and properly they need regular inspections.  We are trained and current on all codes with ANSI and OSHA regulations. We can identify safety problems before they arise and ensure you are compliant.

Inspections should be done regularly, not just annual.

We provide customized maintenance programs for every make, model, and type of equipment. The programs will improve safety and reliability of the equipment as well as minimize downtime.

Planned repairs help to control operating cost and lost production time. We provide OEM parts for all cranes, hoist, and equipment repairs to ensure safe reliable performance. Our inspection and maintenance programs identify items that are in need of repair or replacement and then a planned repair can be scheduled. Planned repairs help to reduce the chances of being in an emergency breakdown situation, but if you encounter an emergency breakdown we are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
